Dependant on the space available at each company, either a meeting room, a dining room (tables folded / moved) or an empty office space

Contingent on the space available the number of students vary from 5 to 15
How often should students attend classes?
People will notice the benefits by attending 1 class each week, although those benefits are increased if classes are attended 2/3 times per week
What if I’ve never done Yoga?
Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, sex or ability. Classes can be tailored to suit the requirements of the students
